Venture Café St. Louis has returned from it’s Summer Break! First, we hope you’ve missed us here at Venture Café because we definitely missed you. Second, we’ve been hard at work with our new partners TechSTL to curate some heavy hitting and incredible content for you to finish out the summer with! Let’s get into what you might’ve missed at Side Hustle & Influencer Marketing.
Kicking us off was Koran Bolden, Chief Marketing Officer at Bold Moves Agency. Koran came to Venture Cafe to show us all how we can make being authentic a driving factor on social media or any platform and how being your genuine self can impact community and opportunity.
Following Koran was the incredible, Morgan Casey, Owner of Date Ideas & Things To Do. Morgan’s company is growing by the minute and that’s hard to manage when you’re bringing over 300,000 members to unique events all around the city. Morgan spoke about her expertise and ability to scale with the size of her audience and how she is looking to continue to grow.
At the same time, Sarah Shelton made her Debut at Venture Cafe! Sarah is the Owner & CEO of Girl Louie. Sarah’s session was all about aligning your businesses values, personality and voice with influencers in and out of the community.
To close this amazing night out, we held a panel with Sarah, Brittany Raji Alberty, Chi Anderson and, DeJanel Freeman. This all-star lineup was all about Influencing & Side Hustles, how you can hope to make your hobby into your career and how to get noticed while doing it.
All in all, it was an amazing first gathering back as a part of our fall season and we can’t wait to share the many more amazing events we’ve worked to build for you! We hope to see you at the next Gathering, where we’ll be talking all about a very hot-button topic at the moment, ChatGPT! See you there everyone!
