Alexis Walker is a Clinical Research Coordinator conducting Alzheimer’s research in the Neurology department at Washington University School of Medicine. Under the direction of Dr. Ganesh Babulal, she works as the lead coordinator for ARCHES, a pioneering research study examining the impact of social and systemic conditions on Alzheimer’s risk within the Black community. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience and African and African-American studies from Washington University in St. Louis in May of 2021. She has a strong passion for making healthcare accessible and equitable for all.
