Heather has worked for United Way of Greater St. Louis for over 25 years and currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, she interfaces with senior leaders on organizational issues, as well as specific assigned projects by the President & CEO. Heather provides leadership of the organization’s Human Resources; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Regional Divisions; Volunteer Center; Labor Engagement, and Philanthropic Solutions functions. Additionally, she has responsibility for board governance and engagement and organizational policy administration. Heather received her Master of Social Work degree from Washington University in St. Louis and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Southwest Missouri State University, now Missouri State University. She has two adult sons and two dogs adopted from Five Acres Animal Shelter where she serves as a board member.
