Dr. Jordyn Nordé, PharmD, MBA is the clinical pharmacist at Affinia Healthcare. Her primary role is to provide patient education and medication management for the underserved population specifically focusing on hypertension, diabetes, and pain management. Dr. Nordé has a passion for health education and community empowerment. These passions have led her to develop an event called Tables. which gathers young minority professionals together around a delicious meal for heightened discussions around finances, entrepreneurship, self-care/mental health, and more. She has also founded the Saint Louis Black Pharmacists Association, Inc. with a mission to provide scholarships, networking events, and a sense of community for black pharmacists and pharmacy students in the St. Louis area. Dr. Nordé is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Focus St. Louis Emerging Leaders, and the National Council of Negro Women. She is a proud recipient of University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy’s Distinguished Recent Graduate Alumni Award
