Nicole Dotson is the Northside Economic Empowerment Center Manager for the St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC). She is a St. Louis City native and has compassion for economic growth, education, and community building. With more than 20 years of experience in finance, workforce development, management, and facilitating training workshops, she has worked with diverse groups of individuals in re-entry, community development, non-profit, and corporate sectors. Countless individuals have been coached, trained, mentored, and counseled by Nicole in the areas of personal and professional development, career counseling, intimate partner violence, and relationship enrichment. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Webster University and recently completed her course work at the Master’s level in Clinical Mental Health from Lindenwood University. Nicole previously worked as a Programs Manager at the St. Louis Aging on Training and Employment.
