Accurate replication and repair of DNA is vital for maintaining genomic integrity; defects in these processes, therefore, fuel cancer pathogenesis; decoding how cancer cells maintain resilience to proliferate despite compromised DNA replication and repair processes; identifying and understanding cancer etiology, drug responses, and new therapeutic vulnerabilities.
