Quinelle “Coach Q” Holder is an American entrepreneur, advisor, manager, publicist, journalist, music executive, and playlist curator based in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
He’s most notably known for co-founding ‘Medium Creative Agency,’ FKA ‘Medium PR Agency,’ in 2015 – with the help of his wife, Sabrina Vaz-Holder.
Coach Q’s extensive knowledge of the music industry as well as his business savvy has landed him local recognition from Pharrell William’s ‘Something In The Water’ festival (#VAForThePeople: Community Conversations), William & Mary as a guest panelist for their 2nd Annual Hip Hop Celebration, and earned him a spot on The Media Prince & #MADEINTHEDMV’s 2021 ‘35 Under 35’ list.
Furthermore, Holder gained national notoriety from VIBE Magazine when he was asked to join them for their TDE Vs. GQ discussion. In 2020, he was named one of AfroTech‘s 10 Black Men Who Found Success Through Digital Platforms.
In 2017 he joined The Recording Academy’s D.C. Chapter, where he served as Board Advisor, Co-Membership Chair, and Hip-Hop Committee Member.
