Renata Bule (she/hers) is the Advancement Director for School Transformation at the St. Louis Community Foundation. In this role, she is charged with the advancement, strategic planning, management, and oversight of fundraising efforts for the School Transformation program, a collaborative initiative with the purpose of leveraging human-centered design principles and distributed leadership models to increase teacher agency and transform school cultures. Renata has spent a decade in the nonprofit sector, with experience in equity driven programs, fundraising, operations, and community engagement. She earned her BA in Public Health from Simmons University, and recently returned to St. Louis after several years of working and living in Boston.
